The website is produced by The Durham UTC Limited operating as UTC South Durham (referred to as ‘the UTC’ or ‘we’ or ‘us’).

In these Terms of Use references to ‘you’ or ‘your’ mean the person accessing and using the website.

These Terms of Use, as amended by us from time to time, sets out, amongst other things, the basis on which you may use our website. By accessing and using the website, you are indicating your acceptance of these Terms of Use and you agree to comply with your obligations under it. You may use the website for your own reasonable personal use and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
