On Thursday a group of our Sixth Form students were invited to visit our founding partner Sunderland University’s sport science labs!
Students were given the opportunity to test some of world class facilities at Sunderland Univeristy as well as find out more about how they are used by sports scientists in practice on a daily basis. The visit was designed to help enhance students current sports studies but also educate them on the different further education courses and careers on offer to them for when they leave UTC South Durham.
