Before breaking up for half term, students raised £370 for Hunwick based charity Here4Horses. To raise the money, staff and students took part in a non-uniform day and lunch time bake sale which was organised by Year 13 student Amber Roberson.
Amber, who is a keen supporter of the charity, even organised for resident Shetland Ponies Amazon and Lillie-Mae to visit UTC over lunch time to meet the students!
We will be holding another charity event on December 16th with the benefiting charity yet to be announced.
