On Friday, UTC South Durham welcomed its incoming Sixth Form students with a hands on induction day, proudly sponsored by DeWALT.
Students took part in a series of practical challenges using DeWALT’s specialist tools, giving them a taste of the technical learning environment that defines Sixth Form life at UTC. From tool demonstrations to team based tasks, the day was packed with opportunities to build skills, make new friends and win some fantastic DeWALT prizes.
DeWALT Day provided an exciting and practical start to the academic year, helping students feel confident, connected and ready for the journey ahead.
