All students are on first name terms with staff to create a professional atmosphere.

Open Door Culture

All staff have an open door culture allowing staff to speak to anyone about anything, including the senior leadership team.

Planned CPD Time

Staff have two hours of CPD and meeting time planned into their timetable on a weekly basis.

All of our classrooms are fit for purpose and subject specific.

Weekly vote and recognition for staff who have gone over and above.

Workload impact analysis is completed before systems and structures are implemented.
