My career was spent in education, firstly as a teacher of English, predominantly in post-16 settings.
I eventually progressed to become the Principal of four different sixth form colleges and CEO of a multi-academy trust. As such I have experience of strategic planning and managing a budget. I have a particular interest in inclusion. I am a member of the Quality and Standards Committee and the link trustee for English and Pupil Premium.
